West Ham vs Arsenal: Top free betting tips
West Ham are set to face Arsenal in the Premier League on Sunday, 11 February. The Gunners are well and truly back in the Premier League title race after their win over Liverpool last weekend but West Ham will be looking to burst their balloon in what could be a heated London derby. Our West Ham vs Arsenal prediction is for Arsenal to take another positive step towards the title with a statement win at the London Stadium.
Match result prediction: Arsenal to win
In their last two matches against Arsenal, West Ham have managed to put a dent in their title aspirations. The previous two results (a 2-2 draw towards the end of last season and a 2-0 win for West Ham in December) should spur Arsenal on here who shouldn't need any further motivation after their impressive win last weekend. The Gunners are going for four league wins in a row while West Ham are on the brink of seven matches without a win in all competitions.
Both teams to score prediction: Yes
West Ham may well be going through a tough time in terms of results at the moment but they are still usually good for a goal at home. They have scored at least one goal in nine of their last ten matches at the London Stadium while Arsenal are susceptible to conceding goals away from – 1+ goal conceded in each of their last six matches in all competitions.
Correct score prediction: West Ham 1-2 Arsenal
Arsenal need to rid themselves of the demons from this ground after letting a 2-0 lead slip against the Hammers in the run-in last season. The match was effectively the beginning of the end for Arsenal's title charge last year but a win here could turn out to be the beginning of something very special instead this time around.
West Ham vs Arsenal team news
West Ham predicted lineup vs Arsenal
In their 3-0 defeat to Manchester United last weekend, Alphonse Areola was forced off at half time with a head injury but the Frenchman should be okay to start the match on Sunday. In further good news, Michail Antonio is reportedly set to be included in the squad which should mean West Ham have a better presence at the top of the pitch while Lucas Paqueta could also return from injury in another major boost for David Moyes.
Areola – Coufal, Zouma, Aguerd, Emerson – Phillips, Alvarez, Ward-Prowse, – Kudus, Antonio, Bowen
Arsenal predicted lineup vs West Ham
Gabriel Jesus was forced to miss the win over Liverpool with a knock but he is expected to be fit for this match and will more than likely come straight back into the starting eleven despite Arsenal's impressive performance last weekend. Zinchenko is a doubt after being forced off at half time last week which makes the return of Takehiro Tomiyau from the Asian Cup very timely. Jorginho should have done enough last weekend to start in midfield.
Raya – White, Gabriel, Saliba, Tomiyasu – Rice, Jorginho, Odegaard – Saka, Jesus, Martinelli

How far will Arsenal fans travel to the London Stadium?
Arsenal fans will only have to make the short trip from North London to East London on Sunday for the match against West Ham. The easiest way for them to get to the stadium is to get a train to either Stratford International or Pudding Lane and then take a short walk to the stadium. If they are driving, then the journey will likely take longer due to London match traffic and car parking is a nightmare around the London Stadium.
