Arsenal vs Brighton: Top free betting tips
Arsenal face Brighton in the Premier League on Sunday 17 December with the Gunners in need of a win after losing to Aston Villa last time out. Our Arsenal vs Brighton prediction is for an exciting game between two attacking sides and for there to be goals at both ends. The Seagulls enjoyed a famous victory here at the end of last season – can they replicate that performance again on Sunday?
Match result prediction: Draw
Arsenal have ridden their luck at times this season and perhaps don't deserve to be on the number of points they are. Late goals have bailed them out on several occasions and it all seemed to catch up with them last weekend at Villa Park. Brighton are in decent form and have lost just once in their last eleven matches in all competitions. Within that run, there have been four draws and we think another one is on the cards at the Emirates.
First team to score prediction: Arsenal to score first
Brighton have made a habit of conceding first in games this season which has perhaps prevented them from converting one point into three on a number of occasions. In five of their last six Premier League matches, de Zerbi's men have found themselves a goal down whereas Arsenal are usually frontrunners at the Emirates. Arteta's men have opened the scoring at the Emirates in their last eight matches in all competitions.
Correct score prediction: Arsenal 2-2 Brighton
Neither of these team are exactly goal shy and Brighton are yet to go through a game this season without finding the back of the net. There have been 16 goals scored in the last four Arsenal vs Brighton matches so another four-goal thriller is certainly on the cards.

Arsenal predicted lineup vs Brighton
With qualification already secured, Mikel Arteta rested several first-team players against PSV on Wednesday night. Despite that, Mohamed Elneny picked up a hamstring injury and will be unavailable for this match. Elneny joins Partey, Tomiyasu, Vieira and Timber in the treatment room while the likes of Saka, Martinelli and Rice should come back into the starting eleven on Sunday.
Raya – White, Saliba, Gabriel, Zinchenko – Rice, Havertz, Odegaard – Saka, Jesus, Martinelli
Brighton predicted lineup vs Arsenal
Brighton manager, Roberto de Zerbi couldn't afford to rest any players on Thursday night as Brighton needed a win over Marseille to qualify for the Europa League last 16. Joao Pedro was the match-winner on the night but the forward hobbled off the pitch in injury time and is a doubt for this fixture. Danny Welbeck and Fati are both also unavailable so Evan Ferguson is expected to start up front.
Verbruggen – Veltman, Van Hecke, Dunk, Milner – Baleba, Gross – Adingra, Lallana, Mitoma – Ferguson

Gunners believe they're overdue a win over Brighton
#Arsenal have one win in six at the Emirates against Brighton. Last time we beat them at home there were no fans in the ground and Pepe got two. We’re long overdue a win against them on Sunday, especially after the humiliation we suffered in May. #AFC pic.twitter.com/wqXguDNt4E
