This Saturday it is Non-League Day. Now in its eighth consecutive year this event has gone from strength to strength with many fans of Premier and Football League Clubs, choosing to watch a match lower down in the league pyramid. Timed to coincide with the International League Break, so there are no Premier or Championship League games being played on Saturday then it is the perfect opportunity to watch football at a lower level and support the local community.

If you have not been to a non-league game before then this is your chance to in most cases be pleasantly surprised by the welcome you receive at most clubs, witness fans of opposing clubs 'swap' ends at half time, tuck into proper well priced grub, enjoy a beer in the clubhouse, plus you will notice that there is a distinct lack of diving by players in the penalty box!
