Brentford vs Luton: Top free betting tips

On Saturday 2nd December, Brentford face Luton in the Premier League. Our Brentford vs Luton prediction is for a close match between two sides who never give less than 100%. Luton are performing better than expected so far this season while Brentford will be looking to bounce back from their late defeat to Arsenal last weekend.

Match result prediction: Brentford

Brentford got off to a relatively slow start to the Premier League season but have found their best form again in the last month or so. Before matches against Liverpool and Arsenal, the Bees had recorded three consecutive league victories and they will fancy their chances of getting back to winning ways on Saturday.

Total goals prediction: Over 2.5 goals

Brentford perhaps aren't as goal-happy with Ivan Toney out of the team but they are still a team who play on the front foot, particularly at home. Luton, meanwhile, are a great threat on the counterattack and have scored at least one goal in seven of their last nine Premier League matches.

Correct score prediction: 3-1 to Brentford

Brentford have done well against teams below them in the Premier League this season and there are six spaces and seven points between the two sides coming into the match. In two of their last three matches, Thomas Frank's side have scored three goals and we think they will match that against the Hatters. Luton, meanwhile, have scored five goals in their last four Premier League away games so we are expecting them to get on the scoresheet.

How far will Luton fans travel to Brentford?

Luton fans don't have particularly far to travel on Saturday. Both clubs are based in London with Brentford in the West of the capital and Luton in the North. Despite that, there are more than 30 miles between the two areas and it will take the travelling Hatters over an hour to get to the Gtech Community Stadium if travelling by car.

Travelling by public transport is far more awkward with no direct link between the two areas of London which means the majority of fans will likely go via car or coach.

Brentford vs Luton: Tickets

There are still limited tickets available for the match for Brentford supporters. Official Brentford members and those with an account on the ticketing section of the Brentford website are still able to purchase tickets through the club. Additionally, hospitality tickets are still available in the TW8 Restaurant.

Luton have sold out their 2,000 allocation for the match which means the away end at the Gtech Community Stadium will be packed on Saturday afternoon. The away fans at Brentford are situated in the East Stand towards the corner flag.
