Wolves vs Sheffield United: Top free betting tips
Wolves will welcome Sheffield United to Molineux on Sunday, 25 February with the home side still dreaming of qualifying for Europe. For the away side, hopes of survival are all but gone after another bruising defeat last weekend and with Everton appealing their ten-point deduction. Can the Blades at least restore some pride with a good performance on Sunday? Check out our Wolves vs Sheffield United prediction below.
Match handicap prediction: Wolves -1
Sheffield United may have been down to ten men for the majority of their match with Brighton last weekend but that doesn't excuse the way they collapsed on the day. Humiliating defeats have come around far too frequently for them this season and another heavy loss could be on the cards on Sunday against a Wolves team that have won five of their last eight Premier League matches. Four of Sheffield United's last five defeats have been by a margin of two goals or more.
Anytime goalscorer prediction: Hwang Hee-Chan
Despite missing more than a month of football for Wolves due to the Asian Cup, Hwang Hee-Chan remains their top goalscorer in all competitions with eleven goals. He is also scoring at a better rate (0.6 goals per 90) than anyone else in the Wolves squad. The South Korean returned to the Wolves lineup last week against Tottenham and we are backing him to get back among the goals against Sheffield United on Sunday afternoon.
Correct score prediction: Wolves 3-0 Sheffield United
Sheffield United were full of renewed hope last week after beating Luton a fortnight ago but that was all washed away after Brighton put five past them at Bramall Lane. Even the most optimistic Sheffield United supporters will now be resigned to resignation and we think things could get even uglier from now until the end of the season, starting at Molineux on Sunday.

Wolves predicted lineup vs Sheffield United
The Wolves' squad is in pretty good shape ahead of the visit of Sheffield United with just one player unavailable. Unfortunately for Gary O'Neil, that one player is Matheus Cunha with the Brazilian, who has excelled this season, potentially out for the rest of the season. With no new injury concerns, O'Neil is likely to start with the same eleven that played beat Tottenham 2-1 away from home last weekend. A similar performance here and the Blades are in big trouble.
Sa – Semedo, Kilman, Dawson, Toti, Ait-Nouri – Lemina, Gomes – Sarabia, Neto, Hwang
Sheffield predicted lineup vs Arsenal
Chris Wilder's defensive problems got even worse last weekend after January signing, Mason Holgate, got himself sent off after ten minutes for a horror tackle on Kaoru Mitoma. Holgate joins Baldock, Basham, Egan, Norrington-Davies and Lowe on the list of defenders who are currently unavailable for selection. Wilder also has problems with his forwards with doubts surrounding the fitness of both Cameron Archer and Ben Brereton-Diaz.
Foderingham – Bogle, Ahmedhodzic, Robinson, Trusty, Larouci – Hamer, Souza, Norwood – McBurnie, McAtee
