Everton vs Tottenham: Top free betting tips
Everton will welcome Tottenham to Goodison Park on Saturday, 3 February with the away side looking to keep their faint title hopes alive with a victory on Merseyside. Their task won't be easy, though, as Everton will be desperate for a result after dropping back into the relegation zone on Tuesday night. Can the Toffees immediately bounce back or will Spurs have too much for them? Our Everton vs Tottenham prediction is for the away side to win the match with James Maddison getting on the scoresheet.
Match result prediction: Tottenham to win
Tottenham came from behind to beat Brentford midweek in what was James Maddison's first start for the club in three months following an ankle injury. Spurs' form in the league has been good in their last seven outings (five wins, one draw and one loss) so will fancy their chances of beating a team in 18th position. Everton, meanwhile, are without a win in their last five Premier League matches.
Clean sheet prediction: Tottenham, yes
Tottenham haven't exactly been known for their defensive output this season and have conceded more goals than any other club in the top six. Despite that, we're backing them for a clean sheet on Saturday due to how poor Everton have been in front of goal all season. No side in the league has underperformed their xG more than the Toffees and top scorer, Abdoulaye Doucouré, is unavailable for this one due to injury.
Correct score prediction: Everton 0-2 Tottenham
Everton will more than likely start the game with high intensity like they always do at Goodison Park but provided Spurs can ride the early storm they should win this one relatively comfortably. James Maddison looked good on his return from injury against Brentford while Richarlison has scored seven goals in his last nine games.

Everton predicted lineup vs Tottenham
Sean Dyche will be without several key players on Saturday including Abdoulaye Doucoure who was enjoying a fantastic season until a hamstring injury derailed his campaign. Doucoure's number ten replacement, Andre Gome, scored two in two games in January but he is also out of this one with a calf problem. In more positive news, Amadou Onana and Seamus Coleman could both return to the starting lineup while Idrissa Gueye is available again after returning from AFCON 2023.
Pickford – Coleman, Tarkowski, Branthwaite, Mykolenko – Onana, Gueye, Garner – Harrison, Calvert-Lewin, McNeil
Tottenham predicted lineup vs Everton
Tottenham's injury crisis is now a thing of the past with Ange Postecoglou now spoilt for choice with options all over the pitch. His two biggest absentees for this clash are Son Heung-Min and Yves Bissouma who are both still away on international duty but they should both return in the next fortnight at the latest. Pape Sarr is back from AFCON so he could come straight back into the eleven while James Maddison will continue in the number ten role.
Vicario – Porro, Van de Ven, Romero, Udogie – Sarr, Bentancur – Werner, Maddison, Kulusevski – Richarlison
