Aston Villa supporters planning to travel to Barcelona for their Champions League clash have been warned they must complete a mandatory form by midday on Friday, October 23, or risk having their tickets cancelled.
Villa visit Barcelona on Tuesday, November 3, with the club allocated 2,987 away tickets for the fixture.
Villa supporters face passport checks in Barcelona
Tickets went on sale on October 1 and promptly sold out, but fans have been warned that they must fill out a Supporter Details Form if they were able to purchase one.
The club told supporters that details must be submitted for every person travelling, with the form sent to the lead booker by email.
Among the information required is each traveller's full name, Fan ID, passport number, date of birth and email address.
The email address supplied must match the one registered to their Fan ID and the deadline for submission is 12 noon on Friday, October 23.
Villa have made clear that failing to provide the required information by the deadline will result in tickets being cancelled.
Fans must also take their physical passport to the match, with names and passport numbers set to be checked at the turnstiles.
The requirements mean supporters need to complete the club's information process as well as secure a ticket. Anyone travelling as part of a group should ensure that the details for every ticket holder have been submitted correctly.

This will be Villa's first meeting with Barcelona since 1983, when the two sides clashed in the UEFA Super Cup final.
Villa won the two-legged final 3-1 on aggregate, with Barcelona winning the first leg 1-0 and the Villans triumphing 3-0 after extra time in the second leg.
Speaking last month, head coach Unai Emery told TNT Sports that his “dream” is to win the Champions League with Villa.
“My dream is… of course I have a huge dream… to win the Champions League as a coach, as a manager,” Emery said.
“But together here with Aston Villa, I dreamed when I arrived here to be in Europe, consistency, to be in Europe and, of course, the Champions League is the best competition in the world in football, then to compete for trophies and still be in the same dream I have here.”
FGG Says: An important reminder for Villa fans
Villa supporters heading to Barcelona should treat the Supporter Details Form as an essential part of their matchday preparations.
This is a historic trip and it would be a huge shame if any fans had their tickets cancelled because they missed the deadline.
