About The Football Ground Guide
The Football Ground Guide is largely seen as the most authoritative and up to date guide to football grounds on the Web. It is based on not only founder Duncan's experiences of visiting the grounds, but from many other thousands of fans who have provided feedback via the website. Many of whom simply tell us that the information is ‘spot on' or where indeed things have changed or need to be improved upon. The Guide is not just about getting you there in time for kick off, but also helping you to have a more enjoyable matchday experience, by for example listing pubs that are used by away supporters.
The Team
David Hollingsworth – Editor
David has spent most of his writing life at the esports and video game grindstone. Working in the industry for over 15 years, travelling to events. He began writing about football five years ago, working for fan sites of his beloved Newcastle United. David is more than just a Toon fan, however, watching almost every Premier League and European game he can. Now living in Europe, he watches local football in Sweden, while travelling to the UK with his daughter when he can to watch matches.
Andy Delaney
Andy is a freelance sports writer with ten years of experience covering major sporting events across Europe. He has also been a season ticket holder at Old Trafford since 2008 and has visited over 40 football stadiums in the United Kingdom and abroad following the Reds.
Will Murray
Freelance football journalist. Experience writing for When Saturday, Comes, Goalkeeper.com, Elite Scholars and Total Football Analysis. Recently finished an MA in Sport Journalism at the University of Brighton. Long-time season ticket holder at the two-time European Champions Nottingham Forest.
