Aberdeen will take on Sparta Prague in the Europa Conference League on Thursday, 18 December, in a match that could seal the Scottish side's European fate this season.

The Dons have only picked up two points from their first four matches in the competition and are currently three points off the playoff pace. A win here would keep their hopes alive while a loss would almost certainly end their hopes.

If you are one of the many Aberseen fans travelling to Prague for the match, here is everything you need to know to make the trip an enjoyable one.

How many Aberdeen fans are going to Prague?

The epet Arena only has a capacity of 18,887, so Aberdeen were never going to get a huge allocation. It's marginally smaller than the Fortuna Arena across the city, which is the home of Slavia Prague.

Aberdeen's allocation for the match is just 950; however, due to the popularity of Prague as a city, and how cheap it is to get and stay there, it is anticipated that significantly more than 950 Aberdeen fans will make the trip over to the Czech capital for matchday.

Where will Aberdeen fans sit at the epet Arena?

Aberdeen fans will be located in one of the corners at the epet Arena. Specifically, the travelling Aberdeen fans will enter through Sector F and occupy blocks F1, F2, F20 and F21. This part of the stadium spans just two tiers, but the compact nature of the stadium means all Aberdeen fans at the match will be close to the action regardless of their seat number.

The turnstiles in the away end will open around 90 minutes before kick-off, and there are good facilities inside, including refreshment kiosks for food and drink, which could result in the travelling Gooners getting in early.

The away end is surrounded by plexiglass and nets on all sides.
