How to get Euro 2024 round of 16 tickets

The Euro 2024 ticket ballot was completed months before the tournament began with tickets allocated for all matches from the group stages through to the final. However, some tickets have been kept back by UEFA for the knockout rounds and these are now on sale.

The tickets that have been held back are ‘fans first' tickets which are sold through individual football associations. For example, tickets for Englands Round of 16 match against Slovakia are being sold via the English and Slovakia FA's rather than through the UEFA Euro 2024 ticket portal.

Each team in the round of 16 has been allocated 6,000 ‘fans first' tickets. In order to gain access to these tickets, you will need to have attended previous matches with most nations running a loyalty points scheme to ensure tickets fall into the right hands.

Euro 2024 round of 16 resale tickets

UEFA have re-opened their resale to allow anyone who has Euro 2024 round of 16 tickets, but can no longer attend, the option to list their tickets for sale. This might be if plans have changed or if their team hasn't qualified for the fixture in question as expected.

These tickets will be re-listed at face value but will be snapped up quickly so you will have to be quick on the day. At the time of writing, the resale platform has a couple of category 1 tickets available for Italy vs Switzerland in Berlin.

Other resale queues sparked controversy online after thousands of fans were locked out of the online ticket portal due to technical issues.
