Everton have officially changed their business address from Goodison Park to the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
The Toffees made an emotional exit from Goodison Park at the conclusion of the 2024-25 Premier League campaign.
The Merseyside outfit managed some good moments in their final acts at the famous ground, including derby day drama against Liverpool in February.
David Moyes is now at the helm as Everton enter a new era, with the club stuttering slightly heading towards the New Year.
Following back-to-back wins over Bournemouth and Nottingham Forest at the beginning of December, the Toffees have collected just one point from their last three matches.
Moyes's men will be looking to end the calendar year on a high when they clash with Sean Dyche's Forest at the City Ground on Tuesday night.
Everton make significant off-pitch change
As shown per sports and governance expert Paul Quinn on X, Everton have made a serious change off the pitch as they continue their transition into their new arena.
Everton Football Club Company, Limited has filed to change its official address from Goodison Park to the new ground on the docks, the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
The filing was received by Companies House on December 29, with the Premier League side ‘registering a new office' in technical terms.
As mentioned at the bottom of the document, Everton still have a fortnight from December 29 to serve documents from the old office, Goodison Park.
This significant off-pitch alteration is another reminder of the rapid changes occuring at Everton as they look to modernise their operations.
How are Everton doing at the Hill Dickinson?
Everton played their first competitive match at their new home in August, beating Brighton & Hove Albion 2-0 in the Premier League.
Since that victory over the Seagulls, it has been a mixed bag for the Toffees at the Hill Dickinson, winning three, drawing two and losing three top-flight contests.
Moyes's men were handed a mightily tough final home match of 2025 on December 20, when league leaders Arsenal managed a narrow success courtesy of a Viktor Gyokeres penalty.
Everton return to the Hill Dickinson for the first time in 2026 when they host high-flying Brentford in the Premier League on January 4.
FGG says: Gradual changes
After over a century at Goodison Park, even seemingly minor alterations such as a change in registered office can pull on the heartstrings of Everton supporters.
That being said, Toffees fans should be happy about their move to Hill Dickinson, with the ground designed for maximum atmosphere.
