Everton have opened a new restaurant at their Hill Dickinson Stadium, with the club hosting a launch event on Thursday that featured a number of club legends.
Domingo's Bar & Grill, a premium steak restaurant, will be available to the public on select days throughout the summer when major events are not being held at the stadium.
Everton offer “premium dining experience” to fans
Everton made the move to their new stadium in February 2025, swapping the historic Goodison Park for a state-of-the-art 52,769-seat ground that cost an estimated £750m to build.
The club announced on Thursday that the Domingo's Bar & Grill restaurant in the stadium will be open on select Saturday evenings and Sundays during June and July.
Adam Bateman, culinary director at Hill Dickinson Stadium, said: “Domingo’s Bar & Grill is all about delivering a premium dining experience that matches the ambition and quality of Hill Dickinson Stadium.
“We’ve created a menu that celebrates the very best of grill cooking – from high-quality steak cuts to carefully curated seasonal chicken, fish and vegetarian dishes – all designed to be enjoyed in a truly unique setting overlooking the River Mersey.
“This is more than just a restaurant opening – it’s an opportunity for people across the city to experience the stadium in a completely different way, and we’re excited to welcome guests through the doors this summer.”

Aaron Duckmanton, Everton’s chief revenue officer, added: “Opening Domingo’s Bar & Grill to the public is an important step in showcasing Hill Dickinson Stadium as a year-round destination.
“A key part of our vision for the stadium is how it can be used beyond matchdays – creating opportunities for people to experience it in different ways, whether that’s through food, events, sport, music or other activities. Domingo’s is a great example of that in action, opening up one of our premium restaurant spaces for the people of the city and beyond to enjoy.
“Liverpool has a fantastic food scene, and we believe Domingo’s will offer something genuinely distinctive, combining exceptional food with an iconic waterfront setting and a unique environment.”
The restaurant gets its name from the fact that Everton were originally called St. Domingo's FC when they were first founded in 1878 and it is situated in the West Stand of the stadium.
The news was announced at an event featuring former Toffees stars Ian Snodin, Graham Stuart, Alan Stubbs, Barry Horne and Mark Higgins.
FGG Says: A smart move from Everton
In a world where pretty much every football club is attempting to boost their revenue in any way possible in order to avoid falling foul of the strict financial restrictions in place, this looks to be a smart move from Everton.
The club now has a magnificent new stadium and need to make sure they are maximising the revenue it can generate.
