New Power Court footage highlights major development at Luton Town’s future 25,000-seat stadium

Luton Town's new Power Court stadium has reached another significant milestone, with fresh footage showing the structure beginning to rise above the site.

The West Stand's second floor is now emerging as work continues across the future 25,000-capacity home.

This latest construction update shows major progress at Power Court, with the second floor of the West Stand now clearly visible.

The new level will house the Silver Lounge, hospitality suites and premium lobbies, while parts of the space have been designed to be reconfigured for other events. Work is also continuing on the pub, club shop and offices planned for the first floor.

Large portals are being formed around entrances to the stadium, with their design intended to reflect the architecture of nearby St Mary's Church and provide another distinctive feature of the new ground.

There has also been further progress around the East and North Stands, where concrete pouring is continuing, and sections of piling are becoming exposed. Those foundations will support future car parks, retail areas and designated police zones around the stadium.

The latest aerial footage shows a noticeable increase in construction materials and activity compared with images from late August, highlighting how quickly the project is moving into its structural phase.

The West Stand is now starting to give supporters a much better idea of what the finished stadium will look like, with the arrival of the second floor representing another important step forward.

After years of planning and preparation, seeing the structure rise from the ground makes the 25,000-capacity Power Court vision feel increasingly tangible.

The continued work across the East and North Stands also shows that progress is happening across the wider site rather than in just one area.

There is still a huge amount of work ahead, but every new level, concrete pour and section of structure brings Luton closer to finally having a modern home built specifically for the club and its supporters.
