Free parking near Tottenham Hotspur stadium
There are free parking areas near the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on matchdays. One of these is ‘Ikea Tottenham’, which has over 200 spaces and is located just under a mile away from the ground.
It is worth noting that it closes at 10pm in the evenings and 5pm on Sundays. It has also been reported that cameras have limited customer stays on matchdays in the past, so it is worth checking how long you can stay when you arrive.
There are also free parking spots in the Chalfont Road and Burham Road Areas. Both of these locations become full quickly on matchdays, though. Finally, Somerset Road is another good option, and it is only 1.3 miles away from the ground.
Best parking near Tottenham stadium
The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is within a Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ), meaning that only Blue Badge residents can park there for events. There are also road closures two hours before and during matches, with a one-hour delay after games. Tottenham clearly state on their website that “if you choose to travel by car, you will not be able to exit any car parking facility within the road closure area for one hour after the final whistle.”
Parking on Brunswick Road is a good option for fans travelling to the stadium by car. It costs £1.25 an hour to leave your car here on match day. Space is extremely limited, though, so it is advisable to turn up around three to four hours before the game to secure your spot.
Garman Road Car Park is only a 15-minute walk away from the stadium and costs £3.80 on a game day. It is also advised to arrive around three hours before kick-off to guarantee a spot here, as it fills up quickly due to its convenient location. JustPark spots are also useful if you’re looking to pre-book a spot in advance. You can take a look at the available options on the website here.
Pricier options include St Paul’s & All Hallows Junior School and The Brook School, but they are both within a five-minute walk to the ground.
Hotels near Tottenham stadium with parking
There are plenty of hotel options near the stadium for fans wanting to stay overnight or park their cars. Premier Inn London Tottenham Hale and Premier Inn London Edmonton are both affordable options with parking available.
Cogie House and Travelodge Enfield are also reasonably priced, with free parking included in your stay. Finally, The Bill Nicholson Pub has a view of the stadium and costs around £79 per night, which is £9 more expensive than Cogie House for reference. The club are currently in the process of building a 30-storey hotel on the site of the stadium, following planning approval from the council.
The news you've been waiting for as the new hotel to be built alongside the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium has received further planning approvals this week. And yes, it can play as a big focal point up top in front of the south stand. https://t.co/s5Ndws0P61

Disabled parking near Tottenham stadium
There are two parking spots available for Blue Badge holders near the Tottenham Stadium. One of these is at the Sainsbury’s Car Park, but it is worth noting that these are not dedicated to Blue Badge parking bays. You need to access spots here at least one hour before the match begins.
The club says, “anyone requiring dedicated Blue Badge parking bays are advised to book into the stadium basement car park or St. Francis De Sales.” You must arrive at least two before the game to park at St Francis de Sales. Due to the CPZ restrictions, you will also not be allowed to leave until at least an hour after the conclusion of the game.
Fans with a Blue Badge can park within areas of the CPZ, but there are restrictions worth considering. Tottenham provide the following terms and conditions on their website:
- “Please be mindful that you might be parking in residential roads, so please be considerate of our neighbours.
- “Please note that fans with Blue Badges are not permitted to park in Homes for Haringey (HfH) estate car parks. A resident parking permit anda Blue Badge is required in order to park on any HfH estate. Anyone parking without the valid permits would receive a fine or your car could be towed away.
- “Please avoid parking on yellow lines as this could affect pre and post-match traffic flows and various post-match crowd control operations.
- “Supporters with Blue Badges can park outside the Traffic Management (road closure) Zone without any time restriction (in line with the Blue Badge scheme terms and conditions) but may have a longer distance to travel to and from the stadium.”
