Premier League matches in April selected for TV coverage in the UK

UK TV selections have been made for Premier League matches taking place from April 2 to April 15.

Midweek games selected for TV

On Tuesday, April 2, three matches have been selected for TV and will all take place on TNT Sports. Newcastle host Everton and Fulham travel to Nottingham Forest at 19:30 GMT, while at 20:15, West Ham will host arch-rivals Tottenham Hotspur.

The following evening sees a further three games selected for live broadcast on TNT Sports. Luton and Brighton will travel to Arsenal and Brentford, respectively, while Champions League chasing Aston Villa go to Manchester City.

On Thursday, April 4, only two games have been selected. Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool host struggling Sheffield United, and Manchester United travel to Stamford Bridge to play Chelsea. Both games are on TNT Sports.

A big weekend in the title race

On Saturday, April 6, Manchester City travel to Crystal Palace in the 12:30 kick-off on TNT Sports. Title rivals Arsenal will then play Brighton at the AMEX Stadium on Sky Sports at 17:30.

The Sunday sees Liverpool travel to Old Trafford to face their north-west rivals Manchester United. Sky Sports will broadcast the game, which kicks off at 15:30.

Sky Sports’ Monday Night Football will broadcast Nottingham Forest’s trip to Tottenham Hotspur, which kicks off at 20:00.

The run-in intensifies

Newcastle United will host Spurs at 12:30 on Saturday, April 13, on TNT Sports. Arsenal are then scheduled to play Aston Villa on the same day at 17:30 on Sky Sports. However, the fixture could move if Aston Villa progress to the quarter-finals of the UEFA Europa Conference League.

The Sunday sees a double header for Sky Sports. Liverpool host Crystal Palace at 14:00, followed by AFC Bournemouth against Manchester United at 16:30. The Premier League noted that this second fixture could move to Saturday, April 13, if Villa progress in Europe.

Finally, on Monday, April 15, Everton travel to face Chelsea on Sky Sports’ Monday Night Football. The game kicks off at 20:00.
