Manchester United fans unveiled a “115” banner in their end at Wembley for the second year in a row. The banner relates to Manchester City’s 115 alleged charges for breaking Premier League regulations.

Miguel Delaney, who is the chief football writer at the Independent, posted a picture of the banner on X.com (formerly Twitter). He said: The same “115” banner in the United end as last year.” Last year’s FA Cup final saw Pep Guardiola’s side beat their rivals 2-1, thanks to a brace from İlkay Gündoğan.
City’s 115 charges explained
On February 6, 2023, the Premier League announced that City had been charged 115 times for breaching their regulations. The charges can be broken down into the following:
- 54 charges – Failure to provide accurate financial information 2009-10 to 2017-18.
- 14 charges –Failure to provide accurate details for player and manager payments from 2009-10 to 2017-18.
- 5 charges – Failure to comply with Uefa's rules including Financial Fair Play (FFP) 2013-14 to 2017-18.
- 7 charges – Breaching Premier League's PSR rules 2015-16 to 2017-18.
- 35 charges-Failure to co-operate with Premier League investigations December 2018 – Feb 2023.
Fifteen months later, there has been no clear update on when City could or could not be punished. There are varying reports that a hearing date could be in Autumn, with a verdict after the 2024/25 season. Premier League chief Richard Masters spoke about the charges in April 2024. He said: “The date is set. The case will resolve itself at some point in the near future.”
