England supporters partied long into the night after the Three Lions opened their 2026 World Cup campaign with an entertaining 4-2 victory over Croatia at Dallas Stadium.
Thousands of fans descended on the Londoner Pub, which seemingly had become the unofficial headquarters for England supporters in Texas, but celebrations once again became so intense that the venue was forced to shut its doors early.
England fans spark another huge party in Dallas
The Londoner Pub had already made headlines earlier in the week after reportedly selling more than 5,000 beers as England fans packed the venue ahead of the Croatia clash.
Following the victory, supporters returned in huge numbers, creating scenes described by the pub itself as “mayhem”.
Footage on social media showed England fans filling the balcony, surrounding streets and nearby public areas as celebrations continued throughout the evening.
The venue later confirmed it had been ordered to close by the fire marshal, citing safety concerns amid the overwhelming crowds.
In a statement, the pub thanked supporters for their custom but stressed that the scale of the celebrations had also resulted in damage to landscaping and property within the wider complex.
Police maintained a presence around the venue as fans continued singing and celebrating after being asked to leave.
