West Ham United supporters continued to vent their frustrations at the club's ownership this weekend, making sure their message was heard even away from the London Stadium.

During live television coverage of their FA Cup fourth-round win over Burton Albion, angered Irons fans took the opportunity to voice their opposition to owners David Sullivan and Karren Brady amid their ongoing relegation battle.

What did West Ham fans do during their win over Burton Albion?

Ahead of kick-off, a plane was spotted circling above the Pirelli Stadium, with a banner aimed directly at the owners. The message said: “Sullivan and Brady out – no more BS!”, leaving little doubt about how fans are feeling right now.

That was backed up by the travelling West Ham faithful inside the ground, who did their part on the 15th minute, holding up red cards displaying the faces of the ownership group alongside a similar message: “No more BS.”

The timing was deliberate, given the fact that the current board have been in charge for 15 years now, merely underlining a belief among many supporters that enough is enough.

There is a fan advisory board meeting later this month, where Brady is set to hear more about the growing concerns around ticketing, the stadium and the club's overall direction.

FGG says: West Ham fans' voice is getting louder in their bid for change

This latest demonstration highlights the ongoing frustration over West Ham's long-term direction, ambition and performances on the pitch.

The relationship between the fans and the ownership has been strained for several seasons now, with demonstrations becoming an increasingly regular feature in and around the stadium.

Even the reappearance of the red card banners, used on several occasions before, shows consistency in the messaging and determination not to let their voices fade into the background.

The message from West Ham supporters is very clear, if not unmistakable – a change in the boardroom is needed, and judging by these latest protests, the pressure on Sullivan and Brady isn't going to go anywhere anytime soon.
