On Wednesday night, England will take to the field at Atalanta Stadium, United States to play in their fourth-ever World Cup semi-final, with current holders Argentina the opponents.

The Three Lions will face off against Lionel Messi for the first time after overcoming Norway in a tense quarter-final clash at Miami Stadium, where Jude Bellingham was the saviour of the nation once again, bagging a brace.

Thomas Tuchel's side have failed to reach their potential in terms of performance levels during the tournament so far, however, they remain in the hunt for only their second-ever major title after winning the World Cup in 1966.
