England's third and final group stage match at the 2026 FIFA World Cup will take place on Saturday, 27 June, at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.

While thousands of England fans will be in attendance at the match, millions more will be watching back home in pubs, bars and fan zones across England.

If you are planning on watching England vs Panama in Manchester, here are some of the best places you should consider visiting.

Deansgate

BOX

The BOX franchise has spread around the United Kingdom, and the one in Manchester is extremely popular. It is spread over two floors, with downstairs often far busier than upstairs, although for an England match at a World Cup, we anticipate both areas to be at capacity. Unless you are happy to stand, you will need to book a table.

Address: 125 Deansgate, Manchester M3 2BY

Spinningfields

Courts Club

Courts Club is an excellent place to watch England matches in Manchester, particularly this weekend with the weather being as nice as it is. The outdoor area is what makes this place so good, with plenty of space for fans and several huge screens. There is also an indoor area for those who can't secure a spot in the beer garden.

Address: Goods Yard St, Manchester M3 3BG

St Peter's Square

The Brotherhood Of Pursuits And Pastimes

Located just a short walk from St Peter's Square tram stop, the Brotherhood of Pursuits and Pastimes is another excellent city centre sports bar in Manchester. Like many of the other bars in this list, it is spread over two floors, with the basement significantly bigger than the upstairs. They also have a couple of ping pong tables to keep you entertained during halftime.

Address: 2 Mount St, Manchester M2 5WQ

Northern Quarter

Tib Street Tavern

The Tib Street Tavern is one of the most popular sports bars in the whole of Manchester, and it is located in the Northern Quarter. Spread over two floors, most people prefer the basement for the large screen and number of seats. This place fills up quickly and doesn't always accept bookings, so arrive early if you want a seat.

Cholrton

The Royal Oak

The Royal Oak is more of an old-fashioned type of pub rather than a modern sports bar, but they still do a good job of making it a good venue for live sport. With order-from-the-table available across the venue, and a decent food menu, this is a spot worth checking out if you don't fancy watching the match in the city centre.

Address: 440 Barlow Moor Rd, Chorlton-cum-Hardy, Manchester M21 0BQ

Didsbury

The Fletcher Moss

The Fletcher Moss is a pub that doesn't look much from the outside, but on the inside, it is one of the smartest bars in all of Didsbury. The outdoor area is also surprisingly big, making this an excellent place for a day session on a sunny day, which we are expecting on Saturday. Just make sure you pace yourself so you can enjoy the match!

Address: 1 William St, Didsbury, Manchester M20 6RQ

Salford Quays

The Salmon of Knowledge

Salford Quays is expected to be extremely popular this weekend due to the sunny weather, and the best place to watch live sport around here is the Salmon of Knowledge. Overlooking the water at Salford Quays, the Salmon of Knowledge has a huge bar with a wide selection of lagers, ales and other alcoholic beverages on offer.

Address: Dock House, MediaCity UK, Salford M50 2EQ

Old Trafford

The Quadrant

The Quadrant is one of the best pubs within a one-mile radius of Old Trafford football stadium. It is big enough to accommodate large groups, and has an outdoor area for overspill, which may come in handy given the weather on Saturday.

Address: 67 Great Stone Rd., Old Trafford, Stretford, Manchester M32 8GR

Sale

King's Ransom

The King's Ransom is located across the road from the Sale tram stop, making it easy to reach from anywhere on the Manchester Metrolink network. The beer garden here is stunning, located on the banks of the Bridgewater Canal, with screens available both here and inside the pub

Address: Britannia Rd, Sale M33 2AA

Altrincham

Libero

This is the smallest sports bar on this list by some distance, but that doesn't mean Libero isn't worth visiting. If you are after a smaller, more intimate viewing experience in one of the nicest parts of Altrincham, then you cannot go wrong here. Just make sure you arrive early to get in, as spaces fill up quickly.

Address: 2A, Kings Court, Railway St, Altrincham WA14 2RE
