There are just over 5500 parking spaces available at the Kästorf P&R car park and Allerpark car park. A free shuttle bus will also take fans from these parking spots. For those who have a VIP ticket, there are a dedicated 1100 parking spots just outside the Wolfsburg Stadium.
By train or metro
The Wolfsburg ground is located near the city and this makes it easy to access from the train station. One can reach the Wolfsburg main station from different parts of Europe thanks to its excellent connectivity. From there, it is only a short walk to reach the ground. The ease of access makes the train the preferred option to reach the Volkswagen Arena on a match day. A season ticket will be accepted as a ticket for travelling on the train four hours before the game begins.
The buses are also an excellent choice and it is run on a special basis even after the conclusion of games. There are also special buses for fans from certain areas like Gifhorn and Brome.
The fans can purchase Wolfsburg tickets online or at the stadium. The prices for the ticket are comparatively cheap compared to other leagues in Europe. The cheapest ticket available would be around €19 and this would provide a seat just behind the goal. A place in the main grandstand could end up costing around €45, while the terrace seat will be at around €12. The matches are divided into several pricing categories, but many of them would fall under the level 3 category, which is the cheapest.

There are several facilities extended for disabled fans including the presence of dedicated spaces for up to 80 users with a wheelchair. They will also be able to accommodate a companion. The wheelchair spaces are located close to the bathroom facilities. There are also 16 seats dedicated for supporters who are visually impaired and they can also bring in a companion. Wolfsburg are able to provide access to the Volkswagen Arena through stadium tours that allow fans to visit the press room, VIP areas, dugouts, and more. The tours would take around 90 minutes. They are not held on every day of the year, as it is open only from Tuesday to Friday. The tools are priced at €7 for adults, while a concessional ticket is available for €5. The concession ticket can be picked up by disabled individuals, students, or children.
