The FIFA World Cup has delivered some of the most iconic football kits ever produced, from Brazil's timeless yellow shirts to West Germany's geometric strip in 1990 and Nigeria's beloved 2018 release.

As the 2026 tournament edges closer and is now just under a month away, manufacturers have started rolling out the latest kits – and some are already destined for cult status.

A mix of retro inspirations, modern templates and a blend of bold designs and colours have made for some undeniably fantastic football shirts that will be on show throughout the summer's competition.

Here, Football Ground Guide ranks the very best of the released World Cup 2026 kits and shows where fans can get their hands on them.

10) France – Home

Collars on football kits can divide opinion, but it works fantastically on this France home shirt.

The collar, different shades of blue combined with the striped pattern, as well as the metallic copper crest, make this one of the most vintage-inspired and standout kits set to be on show during the World Cup.

9) Argentina – Home

The blue and white stripes on Argentina shirts is one of the most famous in world football, and Adidas have nailed the slight twist on the historic design.

The gradient from a darker to lighter blue really pops on the white base, leaving the reigning World Cup champions with one of the best shirts at the upcoming tournament.

8) Germany – Home

The Germany home kit, which is Adidas' last release in their long-standing partnership before Nike take over, is a brilliant tribute to the nation's 1990 and 2014 World Cup-winning shirts.

The black, red and gold V-design going from the shoulders to the chest really stands out on the plain white background, and this is sure to join the iconic 1990 West Germany kit in the list of classic football jerseys.

7) Brazil – Home

Brazil's home shirt may not feature an extravagant or flashy design, but the iconic yellow, green and blue colourway, combined with its subtle pattern, makes it an instant hit that is sure to be seen everywhere across North America throughout the World Cup.

6) Belgium – Away

Belgium's blue, pink and white kit draws inspiration from Belgian surrealism and the work of Rene Margritte, a Belgian surrealist painter.

5) Curacao – Away

Curacao's away kit ensures they will arrive at their first-ever World Cup with one of the best shirts at the entire tournament.

The pastel yellow base is complemented by several colourful stripes, which are inspired by the vibrant buildings that reside in the Punda and Otrobanda districts in Curacao's capital city, Willemstad.

4) South Africa – Away

Adidas unveiled an absolute masterpiece for South Africa's away shirt.

The deep green base with gold and white accents, combined with the geometric patterns and vertical stripes, makes this one of the most detailed and eye-catching kits at the tournament.

3) Venezuela – Away

Venezuela's away kit screams instant classic, with the clean white base allowing the red, blue and yellow stripes and details to really stand out.

The addition of the classic Adidas Trefoil and “Venezuela” badge also having the tricolour treatment is a brilliant touch, giving the shirt a retro feel and plenty of personality.

2) Portugal – Away

Puma have smashed it out of the park with Portugal's away kit, with the teal ocean-inspired design, layered on top of the white background, making this one of the most eye-catching shirts at the competition – and one certainly worthy of representing Cristiano Ronaldo's last-ever World Cup.

1) Spain – Away

The off-white patterned base – inspired by traditional illustrations – and burgundy and gold trim make this one of the most premium looking kits at the tournament, and it could go down as one of the best in World Cup history if Spain go on to lift the trophy.
