Everton have announced new changes to the accessibility ticket ballot ahead of the 2026-27 Premier League season.

The club have confirmed that the new process for the match-by-match Accessibility ticket ballot, which will be implemented for all home Premier League games at Hill Dickinson Stadium throughout the 2026-27 season, will be in place from Monday, 10 August.

Everton confirm new ballot process

Everton have confirmed that for each Premier League home fixture, the sales window will open around four weeks prior, in line with the Forever Blue+ ballot dates found on their website's Ticket On Sale Dates section.

The sales window will continue to operate through a ballot, with tickets exclusively available to supporters with Accessibility requirements who have a 2026-27 Forever Blue+ membership and are registered with the Accessibility team.

Fans that meet these requirements will be able to register for fixtures on the accessibility ballot form via their online ticketing account, or via contacting the Fan Services and Customer Support Team or visiting the South Stand Ticket Office.

Registrations for fixtures will be open from Monday 10am, with the Accessibility ballot form closing on Tuesday's at 4pm, with fans then contacted regarding the outcome of the ballot on Friday's.

Fans who have been successful and unsuccessful will be contacted by email, with successful supporters contacted by a member of the Fan Services and Customer Support Team from 10am to process their tickets, and these supporters will then have three working days to secure their seats and pay.

Everton confirmed that these changes have been developed in response to feedback received from supporters, with the new process designed to reduce any administrative burden for supporters applying to the ballot.
