Fresh footage from Villa Park has offered another look at the ongoing expansion work, with significant structural changes taking shape around the stadium.
The latest update also suggests Aston Villa are taking a carefully managed approach to keep the project on course for a return in time for next season.

Drone footage filmed on September 2nd shows excavation and piling work continuing, including the installation of pile caps that will support the future structure.
Large sections of the existing cladding have also now been removed from the upper areas of the North Stand, with further metalwork being taken away as construction progresses.
There have also been changes to the site layout to accommodate supporter access, while the footage highlights where the eventual tunnel will be positioned.
One of the most significant details is the decision to retain parts of the existing structure rather than completely demolish the stand.
The approach is designed to save considerable time and money, with a full demolition and rebuild potentially taking two years or more.
That is particularly important given Villa's aim of having the expanded stand ready for the start of next season, allowing the club to increase capacity without extending the disruption around the stadium unnecessarily.

This footage shows there is still a huge amount of work to do, but retaining parts of the existing structure appears to be a sensible way of attacking such a demanding schedule.
There would be little point tearing everything down only to rebuild something broadly similar if it meant pushing the project back by another season.
For supporters, the biggest positive is that the construction strategy is clearly being shaped around getting the stand finished as quickly as possible while keeping the project financially viable.
