Luton Town's new 25,000-seat Power Court stadium continues to take shape, with the latest construction footage highlighting significant progress across several sections of the site.

The South Stand has been particularly busy, with concrete work advancing and structural supports being installed ahead of the next phase of development.

The latest update filmed by DeggyUK Sport shows further progress on Luton's long-awaited new home, which remains targeted for completion ahead of the 2028-29 season.

The South Stand has seen the most noticeable developments, with additional concrete work completed, new formwork installed towards the East Stand side and structural supports going into place for the second floor.

Work is also continuing on the West Stand, where crews have made progress with concrete installation on the left-hand side before turning their attention to the right. However, there has been little visible advancement on the third floor.

Elsewhere, the East Stand remains focused on reinforcement work and preparations for concreting at ground level.

The North Stand appears to be progressing at a slower pace, although reinforcements and excavation work are underway, including preparations for the pitch's underfloor heating system.

The latest footage also provides a glimpse of the planned third-floor hospitality lounge, which will feature a stepped-back design incorporating balconies.

There has also been a change to the wider development plans, with some previously proposed car parking areas now making way for retail space.

FGG says: Power Court's South Stand is becoming a key indicator of progress

The latest developments provide another encouraging sign that Luton's new stadium is gradually taking shape, with the South Stand beginning to move towards its next major construction phase.

There is still considerable work to complete across all four stands, but the continued concrete and structural progress keeps the 2028-29 target in sight.

Power Court is central to Luton's long-term ambitions, and supporters will be encouraged to see the project continuing to advance towards delivering a new home for the club.
