Manchester City have confirmed plans for a new entertainment and hospitality complex on-site at the Etihad campus.
The Citizens currently ply their trade at the Etihad Stadium, where Pep Guardiola has helped to deliver a period of domestic dominance over the past decade.
Man City are in the process of expanding their home stadium, with extra capacity being added to the North Stand.
On completion, the Etihad will be bestowed with a new maximum capacity of over 61,000, making it slightly larger than Liverpool's Anfield.
On the pitch, Guardiola's side are in the heat of a Premier League title battle but recently lost significant ground in the race.
The Citizens could only share the points with Nottingham Forest at the Etihad on Wednesday night, whilst Arsenal picked up a narrow success at Brighton & Hove Albion.

Man City reveal Medlock Square plans
On Wednesday afternoon (March 4), Manchester City revealed plans for a new entertainment complex on the Etihad Campus.
The area is set to be named ‘Medlock Square', inspired by the River Medlock, which runs beneath the campus and also features on the club's crest.
The project will include a brand-new hotel, as well as independent and chain hospitality options to the site.
There is also scheduled to be a new flagship club store opening, alongside an interactive Man City museum to be enjoyed by supporters and neutrals alike.
The Citizens are also planning to offer special walks of the roof at the Etihad Stadium, similar to what Tottenham Hotspur offer at The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in North London.
Work has already commenced on the area, with the club hopeful of the project being completed before the end of 2026.
Unique experiences at the Etihad
One of the most eye-catching sections in the press release includes plans to offer zipwire and abseiling experiences on the Etihad Stadium.
This promises to be a new way to explore the home ground of Manchester City, appealing to thrill-seeking football fans alongside die-hard Citizens.
FGG says: Moving with the times
One of European football's top clubs, it is no surprise to see that Manchester City are looking for ways to increase their revenue outside of the stadium.
The Citizens want the Etihad Campus to be a destination for the people of Manchester and tourists on every day of the week, not just when Guardiola's side are out on the pitch.
Medlock Square will provide a host of entertainment and hospitality options, bringing an increased number of people onto the site.
