Everton fans are starting to get even more excited about the prospect of watching their team play at their new stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock after the club released a new video on YouTube.
The video, which has been viewed more than 50,000 times in 24 hours, gives fans a 360-degree look at the new stadium, providing facts about some of its key features.
From all four sides, the stadium looks breathtaking and has left Everton fans purring in the comments.
Everton stadium nears completion
The main purpose of the video was to show fans just how close the stadium is to completion, and given that the club have already hosted two test events at their new home, we are now at the stage where only finishing touches are required.
One of the highlights of the video was a look at the new Everton Way, a walkway situated around the back of the South Stand. Down Everton Way, 36,000 individual bricks are being laid to celebrate Evertonians ‘milestones and memories'. This part of the stadium will be completed during the summer in time for the start of the 2025/26 season.
Another fascinating part of the video was a look at the fan plaza that will sit adjacent to the East Stand. This plaza will have the capacity for up to 17,000 fans and will be used for a variety of non-football events, in addition to being used as a space for fans to gather before matches.
Everton fans laud ‘amazing' stadium
The comments section of the video was flooded with Everton fans lauding the stadium. One fan labelled the stadium as ‘amazing' while another said:
“Blows my mind every time I see it. Just amazing. From humble beginnings to wonderful completion. Thank you to everyone involved in getting this massive project over the line- you should be proud. I am and will always be proud to be.”
A third added: “It’s so exciting to see it all come together. It's amazing to think that in a few months' time, it will be ‘home'. All hail bright futures!”

FGG says: Time to leave Goodison in the past
Based on the response to the video, Everton fans now seem to be a lot more accepting of the fact that they are leaving Goodison Park than they were when the project was first announced.
Although it's never easy to leave home, it could turn out to be a move that helps take the club to the next level and back to competing at the top end of the Premier League.
