New York City FC has unveiled a new members club, the Tunnel Club, for its new Etihad Park stadium.
As progress is made on the Etihad Park stadium, New York City FC has announced premium sales of the Tunnel Club. This new hospitality offering will aim to put fans right next to the action on matchdays, offering unparalleled behind-the-scenes experiences.
The new Tunnel Club will feature three distinct categories for fans to purchase. Fans will be able to get right up close to the players. The Tunnel Club is set to open before and after matches and offer a number of exclusive features to fans who buy access.

Etihad Park Tunnel Club: Benefits and seating
There are three premium seating categories that come with Tunnel Club access:
- Pitchside Seats (96 available) – Positioned right at field level
- Gatsby Seats (16 available) – The closest seats to the teams
- Tunnel Seats (164 available) – Located near the player tunnel
Fans in these sections will walk behind the players as they head onto the pitch, enhancing the immersive experience. Tunnel Club members will also have access to the club's press conference area.
Hospitality & Benefits
The Tunnel Club will offer fans a high-end matchday experience, including:
- Private, reserved tables for two or four.
- A gourmet, all-inclusive food and beverage selection.
- VIP parking and access to exclusive club events.
- A dedicated line of members-only merchandise.
The club will open 90 minutes before kick-off and remain open for an hour after the final whistle.
Fans will be able to purchase access to the new Tunnel Club on a full-season basis. However, a multi-year commitment is required. Currently, fans can pay a deposit to secure their place at one of the club's new hospitality suits, with a $102 payment required. Complete pricing has not yet been revealed; however, with the hospitality ticket deposit being 10x the price of the normal ticket deposit, it might give you some idea.

Etihad Park progress
Work is continuing on the $780 million Etihad Park stadium, which will feature an all-electric design by designers HOK, with construction being handled by Turner Construction. Ground was broken in late 2024, with plans for the stadium to be ready for the 2027 MLS season. Before it opens, the Tunnel Club is expected to have a name change once a sponsor is found, donning the name “Sponsor” Tunnel Club once it opens.
FGG says: Premium pass
It's been a few months since we had any updates about the Etihad Park project. With the MLS season now back underway, it's good to see some positive news. We've seen premium seating become a key feature of modern stadiums, and the Tunnel Club looks like an amazing chance for fans to get even closer to the players. While some concept shots certainly show just how close fans might be, we can't help but feel it'll be held back slightly by the time it finally gets opened up.
