Burnley are not having the greatest of seasons back in the Premier League, and with 20 matches of the season to play, they find themselves six points from safety in 19th position.
It's been a testing first campaign for Scott Parker, who is struggling to recreate the defensive robustness that saw the Clarets promoted from the Championship last season with 100 points.
At times, there have been calls for the former Bournemouth manager to get the boot, and his own supporters have booed him and his team off at Turf Moor on more than one occasion.
However, after the club's 0-0 draw with Everton at the weekend, Parker was greeted by a much friendlier Turf Moor crowd as he and his team departed the pitch, something that the 45-year-old appreciated.
Scott Parker needs to go! He is out of his depth! His tactics & subs are so poor!

Parker makes gesture towards the Turf Moor crowd
After being applauded off the pitch on Saturday, Park clutched his fist towards his chest in a signal that indicated he was touched by the positive reception despite the Clarets failing to pick up all three points.
Explaining further after the match, Parker told reporters:
“It was really important to me, I must admit. It's really important to me, and it's important to this group. I appreciate every bit of their support today. I thought they were incredible today.
“I thought we helped that, for sure, because they saw a team that were foot to the floor. I said it last time, our main aim every week is to win games, and our main aim is to please these hard-working fans who pay their hard-earned money to come in and try and entertain them – and I thought they were superb.
“I'm sad in a certain way because obviously we've not managed to win the game. But I'm so appreciative of the support they gave us, because I think they see a team full of endeavour and doing everything they can.”
FGG says: Burnley need more
Yes, Parker deserves praise for bringing Burnley back up to the Premier League, but the Clarets need far more than pleasantries between the manager and crowd if they are to have any hope of beating the drop this season. There are still plenty of fans who would like to see the back of him, and it's still not too late for a change.
