Another Premier League season is on the horizon, and football fans across the country are eagerly awaiting the return of top-flight action.

Once again, stadiums are expected to be packed out on a weekly basis throughout the season, with fans donning their team's colours with pride.

The famous yellow ‘banana' away shirt worn by Arsenal during the early Premier League years is arguably the most iconic retro shirt around. In fact, if you can go on a trip to the Emirates Stadium and not see this shirt, you deserve some kind of reward.

The Man Utd kit from the first two seasons of the Premier League era is iconic as it was worn when they ended their long wait for a domestic title. The collar is the standout feature, and is synonymous with Eric Cantona, who transformed the club's fortunes during this period.

Much like they are now, Aston Villa were a force during the early years of the Premier League, and finished as runners-up in the inaugural season.
