The Sidemen charity football match has become a regular event in British culture since it first took place in June 2016 at St Mary's Stadium. Since then, five other Sidemen charity matches have taken place, with the latest happening in 2025 at Wembley Stadium.

The 2025 edition was the first time that the event had taken place at Wembley, and given that all tickets for the match at the national stadium were sold within three hours of them going on sale, the YouTube group have big plans once again for the next event.

For all the updated information on the Sidemen 2026 charity match, we have you covered below.

Sidemen 2026: What we know so far

Date and location

On 15 December 2025, it was revealed that the Sidemen charity match will definitely return in 2026. Although no date has officially been revealed, there is speculation that it will take place during the September international break at Wembley Stadium.

Interested fans are now able to sign up for updates via the Sidemen FC website. Interestingly, the sign-up form asks users to state whether they attended last year's match, sparking rumours that those who did attend last year will get priroity on tickets this time around.

Who will play?

As per tradition, the match will see the Sidemen take on the YouTube Allstars. In essence, the match provides an opportunity for fans to watch some of the most popular YouTubers on the planet go head-to-head on a football pitch.

The purpose of the match is to raise money for charity, so there is plenty of incentive for stars to take part in the match. In the past, the likes of Miniminter, Angryginge, and Mr Beast have all taken part.
