Manchester City will continue their Champions League campaign on Tuesday, 21 October, when they travel to Spain to take on Villarreal.
The trip to Spain isn't a new one for travelling Blues, but a trip to the Estadio de la Ceramica will be a new one for a lot of them.
The Cityzens have only ever faced Villarreal once before, and that match came all the way back in 2011, so this is a trip that many City fans are excited about.
If you are a Man City fan heading over to the small town of Vila-real for the match, then our guide below has all the information you need.

How many Man City fans are going to Villarreal?
The Estadio de la Ceramica is one of the smallest stadiums in La Liga, with a capacity of just 21,332; therefore, Man City were never going to receive the types of allocations they receive when they play at major stadiums in Spain, such as the Bernabeu and Camp Nou.
The club received 1,163 tickets for the match, and all of these tickets are now sold out. As this is a new fixture for thousands of City fans, though, it isn't out of the question that some fans will travel over without tickets, meaning there could be more than 1,163 City fans in the area on matchday.
Where will Man City fans sit at the Estadio de la Ceramica?
The away section at the Estadio de la Ceramica is located in the upper tier of the North Stand. This stand is at one end of the stadium, behind the north goal. The upper tier is small but exclusively for away fans, so there shouldn't be any issues with respect to missiles being thrown from home sections.
The stand is steep, so although City fans may be disappointed at being placed in the upper tier, they will still feel on top of the pitch and close to the action. Villarreal's most vocal stand is directly opposite.

Vila-real is a small town in the grand scheme of things, and the town's overall population is barely double the capacity of the Estadio de la Ceramica. Having said that, there are still plenty of bars and restaurants to check out before kick-off. Our three recommendations are:

- Vila-Beer Irish Bar – Carrer Valencia, 56, 12540 Vila-real, Castello, Spain

How to get to the Estadio de la Ceramica: Guide for Man City fans in Villarreal
As mentioned, the town itself is very small, so if you are staying local, then you will be able to walk to the stadium. The Estadio de la Ceramica is located to the north of the town centre, and is a mere ten-minute walk away from the most central point of the town.
For fans staying outside of Vila-real, you will need to get on a train to Vila-real station. This isn't a huge railway station, but it does have a direct line to Valencia, where a lot of fans elect to stay. The train journey time from Valencia to Vila-real is around one hour.
The stadium is around a 20-minute walk from Vila-real station.
