Blackburn Rovers mark 30th anniversary of Premier League triumph with reduction in season ticket prices

Blackburn Rovers have announced a reduction in season ticket prices for the 2024/25 Championship season to celebrate the 30th anniversary of their Premier League triumph. The decrease in prices is across the stadium, which includes reductions for both children and adults.

Blackburn Rovers announce stadium-wide season ticket price decrease

Blackburn announced decreases to season ticket prices across the ground, including a £30 reduction for early-bird prices in the Jack Walker Family Stand, Jack Walker Lower, The Blackburn End, and Riverside Stand. Last season’s adult early bird price was £379, but Blackburn announced that it will be £349 for the upcoming season. This means that fans in the lower section of the ground will save £200 in matchday tickets when purchasing season tickets in Phase 1 of the sales.

As well as this, under-12 tickets will cost £1 per match for any seat at Ewood Park. In all three phases of sales for season tickets, this price for under-12’s will stay the same. Under-18s will be slightly more expensive, costing £56 for 23 Championship home games.

Blackburn introduce the ‘entry-level price band’

In a club statement announcing the ticketing arrangements for next season, Blackburn also said: “Furthermore, 300 new supporters who purchase a Season Ticket in the Riverside Stand will be able access an entry-level price band for just £300 (pro-rata per age band).

“This will be complemented by the same offer for 300 existing Season Ticket holders who purchase or renew their seat in the Riverside Stand.

“This process will be a random ballot and will be issued as a refund once the first phase of sales is complete.”

This scheme was carefully considered with the We Are Rovers Supporters Trust, with both parties exploring the best way to attract new supporters into the ground. Early bird prices will finish on June 22, giving fans just under a month to enter the ballot and purchase season tickets at a discounted price. Phases two and three begin on June 27 and July 22, respectively, where prices will be slightly more expensive than the 2023/24 campaign.

Supporters can purchase Blackburn season tickets from the website, beginning on Friday, May 24, at 10am.
