An Everton supporters' organisation have called for the club to freeze ticket prices at the Hill Dickinson Stadium amid concerns about potential increases for the 2026-27 campaign.

Everton moved into the Hill Dickinson Stadium ahead of the 2025-26 season, with the new state-of-the-art venue offering fresh revenue opportunities, including the ability to host non-football events such as hosting the Super League's Magic Weekend.

While there may be fresh ways for Everton to bring in revenue, there appears to be some concern that the club could increase season ticket prices for next season.

As a result, the Fan Advisory Board (FAB) is calling for a freeze on ticket prices for three years and then an increase in line with inflation. FA also want the club to keep concession rates available to under-21s and seniors, while they are also proposing a reduction in membership prices.

In a statement, the supporters' organisation said: “Our football club is a very different one to that of 12 months ago. New ownership (The Friedkin Group), new leadership and an iconic new home.

“We welcome the progress that has been made, the organisational discipline and the financial stability that is allowing us to build for a successful future, enhanced further by the Chief Executive’s recent statement that this year the club expects to announce record commercial revenues.

“This coincides at a time when nationally, Premier League clubs are reaping the benefits of record commercial and broadcast deals.

“With these foundations in place, we believe it is more important than ever that our game does not impose barriers that risk leaving behind communities of match-going supporters that made football what it is today.”

FAB also want the club to make sure that there are no plans to expand the premium seating areas inside the Hill Dickinson Stadium.

FGG says: Important to protect match-going fans

Everton made a tough decision by leaving their Goodison Park home, although they sensed it was the right time to level up the club by moving into a modern stadium.

The new ground signals Everton's intent to grow and become a stronger force in the Premier League, but the willingness to transform the club cannot be at the detriment of loyal supporters, who could be priced out if season ticket prices increase.

Therefore, the club's ownership should take on board the concerns raised when they draw up the season ticket prices for next season and beyond.
