Fresh aerial footage has offered Leeds United supporters another fascinating look at the ongoing redevelopment of Elland Road, with visible progress now being made across multiple areas of the stadium site.

From the complete demolition of the old ticket office to the rapid emergence of new buildings behind the stands, the scale of the £150 million transformation is becoming increasingly clear as work on the West Stand project gathers pace.

New Elland Road footage offers Leeds fans a fresh revamp update

The latest drone footage, filmed on June 9th, shows that the former ticket office has now been completely removed as demolition work continues around the West Stand redevelopment zone.

Further clearance work remains ongoing nearby, with contractors steadily opening up more space for the next phase of construction.

Elsewhere, supporters were given a glimpse of the new hospitality building taking shape behind the North Stand.

The structure has advanced considerably, with external cladding now installed and windows beginning to appear as the building nears its next stage of development.

The footage also highlights the ambitious construction strategy being used at Elland Road.

Much of the new stand infrastructure is being built behind and above the existing West Stand while allowing the current stadium structure to remain operational.

Once the upper sections are completed, work can then move on to integrating the new development with the existing stand and eventually replacing the current roof structure.

Away from the stands themselves, the pitch has been stripped back as part of its annual maintenance programme, while activity was also visible around the dugout areas.

FGG says: A great insight into just how quickly things are moving at Leeds

One of the most interesting aspects of these regular drone updates is seeing just how much work is being completed behind the scenes without causing major disruption to the stadium itself.

The removal of the old ticket office and visible progress on the new hospitality facilities show that this is very much a live project moving at pace ahead of the 2026/27 campaign.

For Leeds fans, the footage offers another encouraging reminder that the long-awaited Elland Road redevelopment is finally becoming a reality, with significant changes likely to be visible by the time the next update arrives.
