Liverpool pre-season tour: How to get tickets

After winning their 20th league title at the end of the 2024/25 season, Liverpool haven't stood still over the summer, making three blockbuster signings in the form of Florian Wirtz, Milos Kerkez, and Jeremie Frimpong.

However, it's also been a devastating summer for the club, with the tragic passing of forward Diogo Jota. The passing of Jota has understandably had an impact on everyone at the club, and it has resulted in them making the decision to delay their pre-season return.

In terms of the new signings, the hope will be that they can help the club kick on and defend their title, something they failed to do in 2020/21 after their 19th title win. If they can, then they will be out on their own on 21 league titles.

A key part of Liverpool's pre-season this summer will be ensuring that the aforementioned three players settle in quickly so they can hit the ground running when the Premier League starts again in the middle of August.

Liverpool pre-season tour tickets: Alternative options

Third-party resale platforms

Although both of Liverpool's pre-season tour matches in Asia are officially sold out, there is still a way of getting tickets for the match, provided you don't mind using unofficial ticket websites.

Third-party resale platforms have become increasingly popular in recent years due to the demand for football tickets far outweighing the supply. While you'll often have to pay over face value for tickets, it's a way to get otherwise unattainable ones.

There is also always a security risk when using these types of websites, as resold tickets don't have the protection that comes with tickets bought through official ticketing websites. We recently reviewed two of the biggest resale websites and found them both to be legitimate:

We recommend that fans regularly check these two websites in the build-up to Liverpool's pre-season tour to try and snag a deal.

Watch online

If you have exhausted all options and can't get tickets for Liverpool's pre-season tour, then you will have to settle for watching it on television. In the United Kingdom, both matches will be shown live and exclusively on LFCTV.

This can be watched either online through the official Liverpool website or on the TV channels Sky and Virgin. LFCTV does come at a cost, with fans able to subscribe on either a monthly or annual basis.
