Scotland supporters continued their World Cup celebrations in style on Sunday night as thousands of members of the Tartan Army descended on one of America's most iconic sporting venues following their historic 2026 World Cup victory over Haiti.

Fresh from witnessing Scotland's first World Cup appearance in 28 years begin with a memorable win, supporters swapped football for baseball as they headed to Fenway Park in Boston.

Thousands of Scotland fans marched from a nearby public park to the home of the Boston Red Sox, filling the streets around the famous stadium with kilts, bagpipes, flags and chants.

The supporters were attending a special Scottish Heritage Night at Fenway Park following Scotland's 1-0 victory over Haiti at Gillette Stadium.

Chants of “No Scotland, No Party” echoed through the streets as fans made their way towards the 114-year-old ballpark, while bars around the famous Green Monster quickly filled with celebrating supporters.

The atmosphere even caught the attention of those inside baseball, with Texas Rangers player Jake Burger praising the Scottish support.

“Just having them out there and doing their chants, that was electric,” he said.

Scotland's victory over Haiti was their first World Cup win since 1990 and has put Steve Clarke's side in a strong position ahead of their second Group C fixture against Morocco at Boston Stadium on June 19th.

FGG says: Boston is Scotland's city for now

The Tartan Army have always been regarded as one of football's great travelling supports, and they're proving that reputation all over again in Boston.

With another four days until Scotland's next match, supporters have plenty of time to enjoy the city, and judging by the scenes at Fenway Park, they're certainly making the most of it.

Most importantly, the celebrations have been fuelled by what happens on the pitch.

After waiting 28 years to return to the World Cup, Scotland fans finally have a victory to celebrate, and Boston is quickly becoming a sea of tartan as a result.
