Tottenham pre season friendlies: Where to watch, buy tickets

After a disappointing end to the 2023/24 season, Tottenham will be looking to hit the ground running at the beginning of the new season to get the Ange Postecoglou project moving back in the right direction.

The club haven't wasted any time in preparing for the new season and two Tottenham pre season friendlies have already taken place. The main bulk of their pre season is set to begin this weekend, though, with a tour of Japan and South Korea.

For all the important information on who they are playing and when, in addition to some ticket guidance, we've got you covered below.

Who are Tottenham playing in pre-season friendlies?

Tottenham's pre season started on 17 July with a match against Hearts at Tynecastle in Edinburgh. After a resounding 5-1 win over the Scottish side, they then faced QPR on 20 July at Loftus Road. They have now travelled over to Japan for their tour of the far-east with their first match pencilled in for 27 July at the Japan National Stadium.

Their first match will be against the reigning J League champions, Vissel Kobe, before facing the K-League Stars in South Korea four days later. Their final match of the tour will be against Bayern Munich in Seoul on 3 August.

Bizarrely, Tottenham will then face Bayern Munich again a week later back at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. While Harry Kane is unlikely to play in the match in Seoul, he is expected to be available for Bayern for the match in North London.

Tickets for Tottenham pre season friendlies

Given the popularity of the club in South Korea thanks to Son Heung-Min, it is unsurprising that tickets for both of their matches in the country – against K-League Stars and Bayern Muncih – are already sold out.

However, there are still tickets remaining for the match against Vissel Kobe on 27 July in Japan and the homecoming match against Bayern Munich on 10 August.

To get Vissel Kobe vs Tottenham tickets, fans need to visit the official tour website. From there, fans will be redirected to a Japanese ticketing site to purchase tickets. There are plenty of tickets still on sale for the match with some going for as little as 4,800 JPY – this converts to around £24.

To get tickets for Tottenham vs Bayern Munch at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, fans can purchase them directly via the club. At the moment, only 2024/25 season ticket holders and official members are able to purchase tickets with each one entitled to up to four tickets.
