Barcelona’s huge Camp Nou redevelopment has hit another unwanted moment, with rain exposing problems inside the partially completed stadium.
New footage shows journalists being left drenched during Wednesday night’s Champions League clash with Feyenoord.

The viral footage shared by Dutch journalist Mikos Gouka has been seen over 7 million times and shows water pouring into the media area during Barca’s 5-1 victory, with workstations left soaked as scaffolding remains visible behind the journalists.
The incident comes while Camp Nou is still undergoing its enormous £1.3 billion renovation.
Barcelona returned to the stadium last November, but significant work remains, with the current capacity limited to around 62,000 as construction continues on the upper tier.
The long-term plan is to increase capacity to approximately 105,000, although Barcelona have reportedly asked permission to return temporarily to the Estadi Olimpic Lluis Companys for the 2027-28 season as work continues.
Despite the weather problems off the pitch, Barcelona enjoyed a comfortable evening against Feyenoord, with Raphinha scoring twice alongside goals from Karim Adeyemi, Lamine Yamal and Gabriel Jesus.

It is hardly the image Barcelona would want while showcasing their newly redeveloped home to the world.
Spending £1.3bn on a stadium overhaul and then having journalists scrambling for cover from the rain is certainly not ideal.
That said, this remains a stadium that is still very much under construction, so problems like this are not necessarily a sign of what the finished Camp Nou will look like.
