AC Milan announce new Front Row Experience at San Siro

Many people have the home of Inter and AC Milan on their list of ‘must visit' grounds, but perhaps have never dreamed of a front row experience at San Siro.

That's what's been newly announced by Milan as part of their exclusive Club 1899, the title a nod to the year in which they were founded by Englishman Herbert Kilpin.

The Front Row Experience at San Siro allows fans to sit pitchside, whilst enjoying the services of a private concierge. According to the club, this has never been done before in European football.

The future for San Siro remains unclear, with both clubs discussing a potential new stadium, while the city Mayor would rather redevelop the existing iconic ground.

What does the club say about the Front Row Experience at San Siro?

“The Club 1899 Front Row Experience represents the sublimation of passion,” declared Milan Chief Commercial Officer Maikel Oettle.Β  “For those who live with style and constantly seek excitement – who are always protagonists and not spectators – we want to share a new exclusive experience that combines entertainment, lifestyle culture, luxury, and innovation.

“Through the Front Row Experience, our Club, ambassador of Milan and Italy worldwide, reaffirms itself as the must-visit destination for football lovers and those seeking a front row lifestyle.

“A unique experience that testifies to AC Milan's innovative spirit and global icon role, capable of inspiring, exciting, and engaging millions of fans worldwide, every day.”

It's thought that the idea came from the courtside seats that are offered in the NBA, which makes sense considering that Milan are owned by RedBird Capital investments, parent company of US baseball team the New York Yankees. LeBron James is also thought to be a silent investor in the club.

While prices for the Front Row Experience remain unclear, a seat in a box for a Milan game would set you back around €800, and this exclusive package is expected to set fans back in excess of that figure.
