Thousands of Dortmund fans gather in Hyde Park ahead of Champions League final

Over 10,000 Borussia Dortmund fans have gathered at their Hyde Park meeting point ahead of the Champions League final on Saturday. The German supporters will be hoping that their team can secure their second Champions League triumph against Real Madrid, who have won the competition a record-breaking 14 times.

Dortmund fans arrive at Hyde Park

Over 10,000 Dortmund fans gathered at their “Fan Meeting Point” ahead of the final on Saturday. The fan park, located at the north-eastern part of Hyde Park, opened at 11 a.m. on the day of the game, and thousands of Black and Yellow supporters congregated at the venue. There was a stage programme with live music and a DJ playing, along with a varied selection of food and drink. The fan zone will remain open until the match finishes, meaning that supporters without a ticket will be able to watch the game on the big screen. Various accounts on X.com (formerly Twitter) captured the Dortmund fans in party mood ahead of their first Champions League final in 11 years.
