Emirates Cup 2026: How to get tickets for Arsenal vs. Borussia Dortmund

The Emirates Cup is returning to Emirates Stadium this pre-season, with Borussia Dortmund providing the opposition for the 15th edition of the competition on Sunday, August 9, 2026.

First staged in 2007, the Emirates Cup has traditionally served as Arsenal's marquee home pre-season fixture, with clubs including AC Milan, Juventus, Bayer Leverkusen, Lyon, Benfica and Paris Saint-Germain among the previous visitors to North London.

The Gunners have opted against an overseas pre-season tour this summer after 15 first-team players featured at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which concluded on July 19.

As a result, the Emirates Cup takes on even greater significance as one of the few opportunities for supporters to see Mikel Arteta's full squad in action before the new Premier League campaign begins.

It will also be Arsenal's penultimate pre-season fixture before they travel to Cardiff to face Manchester City in the Community Shield. The Gunners will then begin the defence of their Premier League title against newly promoted Coventry City on Friday, August 21.

Official Arsenal tickets

The best way for Arsenal supporters to purchase tickets is through the club's official ticketing platform at arsenal.com.

Tickets for the Emirates Cup went on general sale at 11am on Monday, June 29, following earlier priority sales windows for Arsenal members.

Avenell Club, Platinum and Gold members were given priority access, but should note that this fixture is not included in their season ticket package and must be purchased separately.

Supporters can purchase up to six tickets per account, with a maximum basket limit of 10 tickets. A booking fee of £1.65 per ticket applies across all sales windows.

All tickets for the fixture are digital only and must be downloaded to either Apple Wallet or Google Wallet via Arsenal's Ticket Hub before matchday.

Concession tickets are available, subject to availability, for:

• Disabled supporters
• Juniors (18 and under)
• Young Adults (19-24)
• Seniors (66 and over)

Children aged 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over and be seated within reaching distance of them throughout the match.

Any bookings that do not comply with Arsenal's safeguarding policy will be cancelled, with a full refund issued. Children aged three and under are also not permitted to sit in certain rows inside Emirates Stadium.

Supporters looking for a premium matchday experience can purchase official hospitality packages through hospitality.arsenal.com.

Available packages include:

Pre-Season Shared Box – Executive Box seating with a pre-match street food menu, inclusive drinks and premium match seats.

Exclusive VIP Executive Box – A private Executive Box for groups of 10, 12 or 15 guests, including street food, drinks and premium seating.

Pre-Season Lounge – Access to a relaxed pre-match lounge with a street food menu before taking your match seat.

All hospitality packages are available for this Emirates Cup fixture only and are not included within Arsenal's season-long hospitality memberships.

Secondary market

If tickets sell out through official channels, supporters may still be able to purchase seats via reputable ticket resale platforms.

Verified tickets have been listed on Fanpass from approximately £155, while SeatPick has advertised prices starting from around $74, with an average resale price of approximately $317.

Other established resale platforms include Ticket-Compare and Live Football Tickets, both of which provide buyer guarantees.
