Manchester City supporters have been given another encouraging look at the club’s huge stadium expansion project.

Fresh footage suggests the redevelopment of the North Stand is now entering its final stages.

New aerial footage from the Etihad Stadium shows major progress on the North Stand redevelopment, with the final rows of seats now being installed.

The latest update captures visible changes across several parts of the project, including new seating, roof support structures and additional exterior cladding.

Most notably, the upper tier now appears almost fully fitted out, with only a small number of seats still to be added in certain sections.

Elsewhere, work is continuing around the outside of the stand, where paving and the surrounding public areas are also beginning to take shape.

The footage suggests the redevelopment is moving ever closer to completion ahead of the new season, with the expanded North Stand set to add around 7,000 seats to the stadium.

Once finished, the project will increase the capacity of the Etihad and create a larger home end for Manchester City supporters.
