Swimming pool included in Fulham hospitality plans for Riverside Stand

Fulham have announced their latest plans for the Riverside Stand at Craven Cottage, which includes Michelin star restaurants, a rooftop terrace, and a swimming pool.

The plans for the Riverside Stand also include various hospitality and VIP lounges as part of an “unparalleled” matchday experience.

‘Best-in-class offerings’ – Fulham announce plans for world-class facilities in Riverside Stand

Fulham have broken down the latest plans for the Riverside Stand into three distinct areas. The first of these is the “rooftop experience,” which is based on the top three floors of the stand at Craven Cottage, which includes a rooftop bar and a swimming pool in the corner of the stadium.

Restaurants called ‘The Gourmet’, ‘The Brasserie’,and ‘The Originals’ will provide world-class food cooked by Michelin star chefs. Finally, three bars and lounges called the ‘Thames Bar Room’, ‘Matchday Plus’, and ‘The Dugout’ are included in the plans. Fans who pick up tickets in ‘The Dugout’ will be seated behind the coaching staff of both teams.

Fulham chairman Shahid Khan, said: “My vision was to provide our fans, and our neighbourhood, with a destination that would continue to honour our history and tradition at Craven Cottage every day of the year, but especially on matchdays.

“It isn't about finally being able to offer a higher standard of hospitality options that have essentially been unavailable to Fulham supporters until now.

“It's about offering the ultimate matchday hospitality experience in the world that will also benefit the long-term promise and future of Fulham Football Club.

“The new Riverside Stand at Craven Cottage will make it possible.”

Fan reaction to Riverside Stand plans

Over on X.com, fans were amused by the prospect of a swimming pool at a Premier League ground. @jdwmw1994 said: “Nothing like being in the pool on a cold, windy 23-degree day while Fulham is down 2-0.” One Fulham fan added: “Roof top pool?? Our owners are on a different planet!!”
