London Stadium officials have dismissed reports of a potential £50m sale, confirming that no formal bids have been received for the 68,000-capacity venue.
West Ham United remain open to discussions about the stadium's future, but the club's ongoing ownership changes could delay any potential developments.
Has there been any bid to buy the London Stadium?
A London Stadium spokesperson has confirmed to City AM that neither West Ham nor any other interested party has submitted an offer to purchase the venue, while insisting that no official asking price has been set.
The comments follow reports that City Hall, which ultimately oversees the publicly owned stadium, had placed a £50m valuation on the east London ground.
The Hammers have not ruled out exploring a purchase, but are currently finalising an ownership restructure that will see Daniel Kretinsky become their largest single shareholder following David Sullivan's departure from the board.
The club are not expected to address the stadium question until those changes are complete.

Meanwhile, London Stadium officials remain focused on increasing the venue's commercial appeal through additional concerts, sporting events and potential changes to boxing capacity restrictions.
The stadium currently costs London taxpayers approximately £19m annually, according to London Stadium LLP chair Lyn Garner, while West Ham pay less than £5m per season in rent following a reduction after their relegation to the Championship.
Officials say their priority is to maximise the stadium's long-term value through increased events, improved visitor facilities and wider investment in the surrounding campus.
FGG says: London Stadium sale remains a long way off
With no formal bids and no confirmed asking price, suggestions of an imminent London Stadium sale appear premature.
West Ham's ownership restructure must also be resolved before the club can seriously consider its next move.
For now, increasing the stadium's commercial revenue looks a more immediate priority than changing ownership.
