Rotherham fans were spotted in the away end at Bristol City dressed as bananas on Saturday. The Millers lost the game 2-0 and will end the season without a single away win.
‘Big fan' – Rotherham fans dressed as bananas
Rotherham have picked up four points in 23 away matches throughout the season, but a section of their fans at Ashton Gate were keen to make an impression for their last Championship away day.
Bristol City’s official account on X.com posted, “There are a number of Rotherham fans dressed as bananas in the away end. Big fan.” A Bristol City fan added, “Potential banana skin for @BristolCity today at home to #Rotherham (not won away all season),” with a picture of the supporters located behind the goal.

Season nearly over for both teams
Bristol City are currently on 62 points and in 11th place, while Rotherham will return to League One after a dismal campaign that has only seen them pick up 24 points. Next Saturday will see both teams play their final league game. The Robins are away at Stoke City and Rotherham host Cardiff City.
