New player facilities, extensive groundwork and preparations for the next phase of structural work are among the latest developments.
Aston Villa stadium redevelopment latest in new footage
Drone footage filmed on October 1st shows significant activity across Villa Park, with piling, rebar installation and drainage work continuing.
New doors have been installed in parts of the development, while brickwork is also progressing and some exterior sections are beginning to look close to completion.
One of the most notable developments is the emergence of the new player facilities.
The footage provides a clearer look at the area planned for the home dressing room, alongside the access route to the away dressing room and the future player tunnel connecting the new facilities with the existing stadium.
A new concrete slab has also been poured, while drainage pipes are being installed to connect with a large tank on site.
The redevelopment will retain some of the existing concrete structure, with several pillars remaining as part of the expanded stand and new roof design.
With much of the current work focused on foundations and groundwork, the project is now moving towards the installation of structural metalwork.
FGG says: Villa Park redevelopment is moving at speed
This latest footage provides one of the clearest indications yet of how the redevelopment will change the matchday facilities at Villa Park, particularly with the new dressing rooms and player tunnel starting to take shape.
There is still a substantial amount of structural work to complete, but the emergence of these internal areas shows that progress is moving beyond groundwork and into the next stage of construction.
The coming installation of structural steel should provide another major visual milestone as Aston Villa's expanded stadium continues to take shape.
