Chelsea will continue their UEFA Champions League campaign on Wednesday, 5 November, when they take on Qarabag.
After three games played in this season's competition, the Blues find themselves on six points and in a promising position in terms of qualification for the knockout stages of the competition. Interestingly, their opponents on Wednesday are also on six points, which makes this a harder match than it appears on paper.
The trip to Baku will be a long one for Chelsea fans, but it will also be a nostalgic one, as it was in this city that the Blues defeated Arsenal to win the 2019 Europa League.
For all Chelsea fans making the trip to Baku this time around, our guide below provides you with everything you need to know.
How many Chelsea fans are going to Baku?
The match between Qarabag and Chelsea will take place at the Tofiq Bahramov Republican Stadium, which has a capacity of 31,200. Chelsea have been given an allocation of 1,998 tickets for the match, and at the time of writing, fans can still buy tickets.
It isn't clear at this stage whether Chelsea will sell out this allocation or not, but they have been selling them to all members since Thursday, 23 October, so it's not looking great. The logistics of getting to Baku from the United Kingdom are far from straightforward, so we would estimate that there will only be around 1,000 Chelsea fans in Baku on matchday.
Where will Chelsea fans sit at the Tofiq Bahramov Republican Stadium?
Chelsea fans will be located in blocks 26- 28 at the Tofiq Bahramov Republican Stadium, which is in the southeast corner of the ground. Away fans enter via entrance C (South), which is next door to the Restaurants Qebele-Xanlar.
The entire stadium is just one big single-tier, so you aren't going to be too high up in the away end. However, there is a running track that wraps around the perimeter of the pitch, which is always a bit of a killer in terms of atmosphere and view.
