When Ben White was signed by Arsenal back in the summer of 2021, he was brought in to play at the heart of the Gunners' back four. However, very quickly, it emerged that the former Brighton man was adept at playing right-back, too.
In the years since, he has become a reliable option for Mikel Arteta across the back four, but primarily as an overlapping right-back.
The Arsenal fans have taken to him, too, and understandably so. He is the type of player that most people would want in their squads, just don't tell Gareth Southgate and Steven Holland.
