Arsenal open their 2026-27 Champions League campaign away to Napoli at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona on Wednesday, 9 September, with kick-off at 8pm local time (7pm BST).

It is the first time the two clubs have met in European competition since Arsenal eliminated Napoli in the 2019 Europa League quarter-finals, when Alexandre Lacazette's away goal at the Maradona proved decisive.

The Maradona is one of the most atmospheric grounds in European football and away tickets will be in extremely high demand. Here is everything Arsenal fans need to know about securing one.

Official route: Via Arsenal FC

The primary and safest route for Arsenal supporters is through the club's official ticketing platform at arsenal.com. Away ticket allocations for Champions League fixtures are distributed by the home club to the visiting side, and Arsenal will release their allocation to supporters in order of loyalty points.

Arsenal season ticket holders and members who have followed the club to the most away European matches in recent seasons will be given first access.

The allocation for a league-phase away day at a stadium the size of the Maradona is typically between 500 and 1,000 tickets for visiting supporters, which is a small number relative to demand.

It is highly unlikely that any tickets will reach general sale through the club. Supporters who have not followed Arsenal away in European competition this season should plan on the secondary market instead.

Keep a close eye on arsenal.com and the club's official app for sale window announcements. Dates are typically confirmed within the week after the draw.

Napoli home tickets

Napoli sell their home Champions League tickets through their official ticketing platform at sscnapoli.it. Single-match home tickets for Champions League fixtures at the Maradona are sold on a first-come, first-served basis to holders of a Fidelity Card, which is Napoli's loyalty card scheme.

Supporters without a Fidelity Card can register for one at sscnapoli.it before attempting to purchase. Arsenal fans wishing to attend as home supporters rather than in the away section, which is relatively common for Italian away days, should note that the home sections of Italian stadiums can be hostile for visiting supporters in rival colours.

If attending as a home supporter, avoid Arsenal colours inside the ground.

Secondary market

If official channels are sold out, which for a fixture of this profile is effectively certain, the secondary market is the most realistic route for the majority of Arsenal fans. Verified resale platforms with buyer guarantees include SeatPick, where tickets are currently listed from approximately $233, with an average price of $527.

Fanpass, Ticombo, and Live Football Tickets are also listing tickets for the fixture. Always use a platform that offers a verified buyer guarantee and purchase well in advance — prices will rise sharply as matchday approaches and September is high travel season in Naples.

Never purchase from an individual seller on social media. Counterfeit tickets are a known problem at high-profile European fixtures at the Maradona.
